We are a road construction company seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Fleet Detailers / Equipment Support personnel. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of our fleet of trucks, trailers, and construction equipment. No prior experience is required — candidates who demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic will be successful in this role.

This is a dedicated, long-term position that plays an important role in supporting daily operations across all departments, including asphalt paving, sitework, and utilities. The quality and consistency of this role directly impact the efficiency, safety, and professionalism of our fleet and job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and detail company vehicles, including pickup trucks, dump trucks, and work vans.
  • Pressure wash construction equipment, including excavators, loaders, rollers, and trailers.
  • Remove dirt, mud, asphalt, and jobsite debris from equipment and fleet vehicles.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, wash rack, and fleet areas.
  • Assist with fueling, staging, and preparing equipment for daily use.
  • Move vehicles and equipment within the yard as directed.
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any visible damage or issues.
  • Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and supplies as needed.
  • Support shop and field crews with general labor tasks when required.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required; experience with detailing, pressure washing, or construction is a plus.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work around heavy equipment and active yard environments.
  • Reliable transportation to main Citra yard.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean equipment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities within the scope of the role.
